Ingredients
4 beef patty
4 potato hamburger bun
4 slice cheese (american, swiss, cheddar, or pepperjack)
montreal steak grillmates seasoning
Directions
heat pellet grill to 300F.
place all burgers on grate in grill; close sid.
once meat starts to look cooked (turns a grey/brown color), sprinkle montreal steak seasoning on meat; close lid.
once meat temperature is desired temp (145F for medium-rare, 155F medium-well, 160F+ well done), place cheese on meat; close lid.
after 2 minutes, remove meat from grill and place in hamburger bun.
