Why grill a steak? If you use a smoker grill, it adds a special flavor that you can not get with Sous Vide. If you let the grill stabilize it’s temperature before you start, you’ll have a very consistant result.

Directions

  • Set grill to specified temp based on steak type (check chart).

  • After grill is at temp, place steak on grill.

  • Wait specified minutes and flip steak over (check chart).

  • After specified minutes total cook time, start checking for temp. When steak hits the temp of the doneness you are looking for, remove from grill.
