Grilled Steak
Why grill a steak? If you use a smoker grill, it adds a special flavor that you can not get with Sous Vide. If you let the grill stabilize it’s temperature before you start, you’ll have a very consistant result.

Directions
Set grill to specified temp based on steak type (check chart).
After grill is at temp, place steak on grill.
Wait specified minutes and flip steak over (check chart).
After specified minutes total cook time, start checking for temp. When steak hits the temp of the doneness you are looking for, remove from grill.
