Simple Baked Salmon

Super simple, quick baked salmon meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet

  • salt & pepper

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.

  • Place salmon skin side down on baking pan, use tin foil for easy clean up.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Place in oven and bake until you see white fat start to come out of the top of the salmon, about 20 minutes.

  • Use a spatula to remove the salmon, the skin will probably stick to the pan / tin foil, this is fine, just get the meat.

  • Serve.
