Components

  • Simple Rib Rub

Ingredients

  • 4 beef patty

  • 4 potato hamburger bun

  • 4 slice cheese (american, swiss, cheddar, or pepperjack)

  • montreal steak grillmates seasoning

Directions

  • heat pellet grill to 300F.

  • place all burgers on grate in grill; close sid.

  • once meat starts to look cooked (turns a grey/brown color), sprinkle montreal steak seasoning on meat; close lid.

  • once meat temperature is desired temp (145F for medium-rare, 155F medium-well, 160F+ well done), place cheese on meat; close lid.

  • After 2 minutes, remove meat from grill and place in hamburger bun.

  • 1 tbsp pinch garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder
